If a loved one is in a rehab or skilled nursing facility in Clinton County and needs a document notarized, a mobile notary can come to their room. Signed On Time serves Wilmington, Blanchester, Sabina, Clarksville, Martinsville, and the rest of Clinton County, and can usually schedule within a day, often the same day.
The most common are a health care power of attorney, a financial power of attorney, a living will, HIPAA authorizations, and documents for selling a vehicle or handling a home while the patient recovers. These should be prepared by an attorney or come from a source your attorney approves. I notarize the signature; I don't prepare documents or give legal advice.
Most rehab and nursing facilities welcome mobile notaries, but check visiting hours and any check-in rules with the front desk. Facility staff are often not allowed to act as witnesses, so if your document needs witnesses, plan to bring them; your attorney can tell you whether witnesses are required and who qualifies.
Appointments run seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, and same-day visits are often available. Tell us the facility name, room number, and the best time of day for the patient when you book.
Ohio allows a notary to charge up to $5 per notarial act. A mobile appointment also includes a travel fee based on location and timing, quoted in full before the appointment. Call (513) 226-9052 or use Book Now.
Please try to have ready: valid photo ID for the patient, the documents unsigned, the room number and facility name, and any required witnesses if your form needs them. If ID or witnesses are a problem, tell us when you call. We handle these situations regularly and can usually help coordinate a solution.

Deploying, PCS-ing, or home on short leave? A mobile notary can meet service members and their families fast to notarize powers of attorney, affidavits, and other prepared documents.
A will does not need notarization to be valid in Ohio. Two witnesses and the right signatures are required. Notarization applies only to the optional self-proving affidavit.
