Is there an extra fee for after-hours service?
Evening and weekend appointments may include a small after-hours fee. We quote this upfront before scheduling. Same-day urgent requests are accommodated whenever possible.
Do you charge per signature or per appointment?
Ohio notary fees are charged per notarial act. We combine this with a single travel fee for the appointment, not per document.

How is travel calculated?
Travel fees are based on ZIP code zones. Our primary service area (Hamilton, Butler, Warren counties) has no travel fee. Secondary zones have a flat $25 fee.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards.
Can I get a discount for multiple documents?
Yes! Multiple documents in the same appointment often qualify for package pricing. Contact us for a custom quote.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations with 2+ hours notice have no fee. Same-day cancellations may incur a $25 trip fee if we're already en route.
